What you will be doing:

​

• End to end management of the recruitment processes for jobs within the engineering industry in Munster

• Consulting with all levels of candidates across engineering as to relevant job opportunities

• Relationship and account management (process management, consultation, negotiation)

• Business development (events, networking and client meetings)

• Candidate sourcing (online, social media, networking, database management)

• Candidate screening and support (interviewing, consultation, interview preparation)

• Developing and delivering end to end professional service solutions

• Expanding your product knowledge and network in the area of Life Sciences & Engineering in general

Requirements

​​

• Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment required (more is always welcome!)

• Good level of English – spoken and written

• Business Development experience within a recruitment agency environment

• Adept communication and interpersonal skills

• Results driven with ambition and drive

• High energy and tenacity
