We have embraced social entrepreneurship and CSR as a key component of our strategy. Apart from creating immense internal pride, our initiatives have had a real impact and have been recognised by industry peers, political and business leaders nationally and internationally.
To lead by example around promoting diversity and inclusion, Sigmar actively work with different groups in our society to promote inclusion for everyone. Our staff provide free career coaching to Business in the Community, refugees, jobseekers with disabilities, schools, prisons, universities, the long term unemployed, ex-offenders and minority groups to get them into employment.
