SIGMAR RECRUITMENT'S APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMME IS OPEN FOR APPLICATIONS
What is the Apprenticeship Programme?
This is a 3-year grad programme where you will be studying for a BA (Honours) in Recruitment Practice at the National College of Ireland (NCI). This was created by NCI in partnership with the National Recruitment Federation (NRF).
This recruitment apprenticeship programme is the first of its kind in Ireland and there are no other Level 8 degree programmes in recruitment or qualifications in recruitment that are on the National Framework of Qualification.
This entails a 4 day working week with Sigmar Recruitment in Tralee, Dublin, Athlone, Cork or Galway and attending lectures online with NCI one day a week.
Who can apply?
The BA (Honours) in Recruitment Practice is accessible to school leavers, current recruiters and anyone interested in changing career.
Entry to the Apprenticeship programme is subject to an interview with the participating agency. The Apprentice will sign up with an agency and this is NOT transferable. If the Apprentice leaves this agency, they will not be eligible to join with another agency and will not remain in the apprenticeship scheme.
Requirements

Leaving Certificate - Minimum entry requirements are a grade H5 and above in 2 higher level subjects together with a minimum of O6/H7 in 4 other subjects. A minimum of grade O6/H7 must be obtained in English and Mathematics.

Learners for whom English is not a first language must demonstrate proficiency in English with CEF B2 (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) or recognised equivalent.

Ideally experience working in a sales or customer service environment
