Our office in Cork is looking to hire a Team Lead to join our Technical (Life Science & Medical Device) division. This is a billing leader position.

 

You will have the opportunity to work with Leading Life Science and Engineering clients across Ireland. The Life Science and Engineering team have a very strong track record with a large volume of repeat business coming in consistently across areas including Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Supply Chain & Manufacturing Operations.

Responsibilities

​

• Providing leadership, support, coaching and mentoring to team members, giving clear direction and help with prioritising tasks to meet objective

• Setting out clear individual targets for the team to achieve their monthly, quarterly and annual financial goals

• Conduct and deliver performance reviews and weekly 1:1 meetings as per Sigmar policy

• Growth and development of the division and driving business development activities

• Providing the vital link between clients and candidates

• Achieving core KPIs and sales targets – leading by example

• 360 recruiter duties: candidate sourcing, business development (existing and new clients), candidate screening and support (interviewing, consultation, interview preparation)

• Being an ambassador for your team and company at market events and client meetings

Requirements

​

• 3+ years’ experience as an agency recruiter (contract or perm recruitment) with people management experience

• Experience with performance management and stakeholder management 

• Good attention to detail 

• Strong communication skills 

• Process orientated and ability to implement new and restructure process within a team environment 

• Knowledge and understanding of the work practices, processes and procedures for a Recruitment Team
