We're looking for successful Talent Sourcers, who are analytical and curious, self-motivated and hit targets!
Full training is provided, and no experience is necessary! We are looking for enthusiastic and confident people who are driven and motivated for success!
What you will be doing:
Actively identify high volumes of candidates working in the IT roles across multiple markets. You will use platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster and our internal database
You will engage with candidates through email, phone calls, and Skype calls
Qualify and profile candidates for specific job types
Sell new job opportunities to candidates, pitching them multiple jobs to suit their needs and experience
Building and maintaining strong pipelines of talented IT professionals
Ensuring key indicators are met and achieving personal productivity targets
Energetic, enthusiastic and confident personality
Commitment to contributing to a high performing team environment
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to self-motivate and drive to success
Interest in IT or familiarity with the industry
