Recruitment Manager - Cork
 

This newly created role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter to lead our temporary recruitment function in Munster.

You will work on a variety of temporary roles across several divisions and provide quality temporary workers to tier 1 clients.

 

This unique role requires the successful candidate to manage and own the recruitment process for established clients as well as grow the client base.

Responsibilities

  • Fast moving recruitment – roles can be vacant for short periods and you need to be reactive and proactive

  • Consulting with candidates of different levels across our non-technical divisions – office support, sales, multilingual, HR.

  • Candidate management and tracking, including all administration and temporary working compliance

  • Client relationship and account management (process management, consultation, negotiation)

  • Candidate sourcing (online, social media, networking, database management)

  • Candidate screening and support (interviewing, consultation, interview preparation)

  • Achieving core KPIs and sales targets

  • Developing and delivering end to end professional service solutions

  • You are encouraged to continually build and maintain knowledge of the industries you provide staff to through market research, attending events, networking and taking part in internal creative projects.

  • Work closely with department manager to grow and nurture this area of our business

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in agency recruitment (more is always welcome!)

  • Sound understanding of the Temporary and Contract market

  • Adept communication and interpersonal skills

  • Solid business acumen with entrepreneurial flair

  • Results driven with ambition and drive

  • High energy and tenacity

  • Performs best under pressure
