Talent Acquisition Specialist (RPO) - Galway

Sigmar Recruitment are hiring for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Galway office to work in house with one of our biggest RPO projects in the Medical Device space. The role will report directly into the Manager of the Galway team.

You will be supported by a TA team & TA Manager onsite whilst immersing yourself within an amazing culture! This is a unique role whereby you will get to work with both an inhouse team and an agency team all in one!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full recruitment process – Meeting with Managers, creating job advertisement, sourcing, liaising with agencies, screening applicants, interviewing, creating offer letters/contracts and regretting unsuccessful candidates.

  • Support recruitment within Ireland and EMEA regions.

  • Track recruitment metrics and communicate these numbers at weekly meetings. 

  • Engage in continuous improvement projects.

  • Actively promote and support the employee referral scheme.

  • Work with candidates, hiring managers and human resources to negotiate salary.

  • Support international candidates through the relocation process.

Key Requirements

  • This will suit someone who has 2 years minimum recruitment experience. (Inhouse or agency)

  • Excellent relationship management skills with multiple stakeholders.

  • Excellent communicator/strong effective communication skills.

  • Desire to continuously improve and challenge.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills including the ability to prioritise, to escalate matters and to multitask.

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

  • Problem solving and influencing skills.
