
Project Recruitment Coordinator
Sigmar Recruitment are now hiring for a brand-new position in their Dublin based office. This role will be as a Project Recruitment Coordinator, who will provide administrative support to the Public Sector recruitment team and management. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain in-house recruitment experience in a 3rd party capacity.
Responsibilities

Project co-ordination across single and multiple clients
-
Liaising with staff, clients and candidates - acting as the first point of contact for the business

Provide support at team and management level, coordinate calendars, arrange meetings, and prioritise engagements where necessary
-
Extensive and complex interview coordination

Various administration tasks
Role Requirements
-
At least 1 years’ experience in admin or working in recruitment desired but not essential
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
-
Ability to adapt to new systems quickly
-
Ability to multi-task and to manage time efficiently
-
Able to organize and prioritise tasks
-
Attention to detail
-
Flexible and able to take direction
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Assertive, proactive and OK dealing with ambiguity at times

Excellent administration and coordination skills
