Project Recruitment Coordinator

Sigmar Recruitment are now hiring for a brand-new position in their Dublin based office. This role will be as a Project Recruitment Coordinator, who will provide administrative support to the Public Sector recruitment team and management. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain in-house recruitment experience in a 3rd party capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Project co-ordination across single and multiple clients

  • Liaising with staff, clients and candidates - acting as the first point of contact for the business

  • Provide support at team and management level, coordinate calendars, arrange meetings, and prioritise engagements where necessary

  • Extensive and complex interview coordination

  • Various administration tasks

 

Role Requirements

  • At least 1 years’ experience in admin or working in recruitment desired but not essential

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel

  • Ability to adapt to new systems quickly

  • Ability to multi-task and to manage time efficiently

  • Able to organize and prioritise tasks

  • Attention to detail

  • Flexible and able to take direction

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Assertive, proactive and OK dealing with ambiguity at times

  • Excellent administration and coordination skills
