Sigmar are now expanding their highly successful award-winning IT team and we are recruiting for a IT Perm Recruitment Consultant. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced recruiter who has a strong background in recruiting for the IT sector and has a proven track record in successfully managing key client accounts.

Responsibilities

• End to end management of Recruitment process – no Business Development involved

• Advising all levels of IT candidates/clients and working within all sectors and verticals – holistic approach!

• Candidate sourcing (online, social media, networking, database management, attending meet ups and European road shows)

• Candidate screening and support (interviewing, consultation and interview preparation)

• Relationship and account management (process management, consultation, negotiation)

• Achieving core KPIs and sales targets.

• Developing and delivering end to end professional service solutions

• Expanding your IT product knowledge

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ successful yea of experience in recruitment (more is always welcome!)

• Sound understanding of IT market and products

• Degree in Business related discipline.

• Adept communication and interpersonal skills.

• Solid business acumen with entrepreneurial flair.

• Results driven with ambition and drive.

• High energy and tenacity.
