Sigmar Recruitment is expanding our Marketing recruitment division in the Dublin office and is looking for an experienced recruiter to join the team and you will have the opportunity to work with top tier clients.

Responsibilities

​

• Using innovative and traditional recruitment platforms such as – LinkedIn, Monster, Head Hunting, Networking and our own global internal database to source the best talent in the market. Engaging with job seekers and learning about their career experience.

• As a team we pride ourselves on utilising video technology for outreach and interview purposes and this will be a key tool in our continued success

• Proactively speak with potential candidates about roles that may be of interest and suited. Acting as the first point of contact for the business, you will conduct interviews face to face, via MS Teams and telephone.

• Work closely with department Manager to grow and nurture the Marketing recruitment department.

• Expanding your industry knowledge and network of Marketing professionals

• Be creative, responsible for writing industry content for company blog and websites and social media channels

• You are encouraged to continually build and maintain knowledge of the Marketing industry through market research, attending events, networking and taking part in internal creative projects.

• Hold interviews and build relationships with credible professionals helping them with their next career move.

Requirements

​

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in recruitment (more is always welcome!)

• Strong sales, business development or commercial background – B2B Sales experience will be considered.

• Naturally inquisitive and a nose for investigating; you will be screening candidates who know how to sell themselves!

• Confident communicator

• Commercially minded with an interest in how businesses work

• Results driven with ambition and drive

• Performs best under pressure
