Our Sigmar Cork office is hiring for a Recruitment Resourcer/Admin to join their Sales/Marketing/Multilingual recruitment division.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will work with your team to understand a job brief and write an attractive job spec.

  • Support experienced Consultants in sourcing the right profile for the role you are working on.

  • Shadowing an expert Recruiter and learning how to become one.

  • You will get exposure to a variety of candidates across your industry.

  • You will use innovative and traditional recruitment platforms such as – LinkedIn, Monster, Head Hunting, Networking and using our own global internal database to source best talent in the market.

  • Engaging with job seekers and learning about their career experience.

  • Proactively speak with potential candidates about roles that may be of interest and suited. Acting as the first point of contact for the business, you will conduct interviews face to face, via MS Teams and telephone.

  • You are encouraged to continually build and maintain knowledge of the Industry through market research, attending events, networking and taking part in internal creative projects.

  • Hold interviews and build relationships with professionals helping them with their next career move.

  • Achieving core KPIs and sales targets

  • Admin duties include managing candidate timesheets, answering inbound reception calls, updating company CRM and assisting with any Cork related Sigmar events.


  • If you have experience in recruitment, great.  But even if you don’t, we’d love to hear from you.  If you’ve previous experience in retail, customer service, sales – anything that requires constant contact with customers, that can often work well in recruitment.  This is a sales role though, so please be ready to be challenged and targeted, but the rewards, both intrinsic and extrinsic, are excellent.

  • Strong admin and organisational skills are also essential for this role.
