
Client Account Manager - Dublin
As part of further developing our Temporary & Contract services, a position has arisen in Sigmar Recruitment for managing and owning activity on various MSP accounts, some of which are the biggest global tech companies in Ireland. This role has good opportunity for progression with the possibility to grow a team and contribute strong revenue to the business.
Key Duties
Recruitment:

Personally responsible for driving additional hires on each MSP account through direct placements of Temp & Contract staff.

Responsible for creating strong internal relationships to drive sourcing activity across all departments on MSP accounts

Where required, service role outside own area of specialism – maximise opportunities for success.

Attend Client briefing calls on new vacancies and distribute to relevant internal teams thereafter
-
Constantly pipeline Candidates for each account

Assist with CV prep and interview prep on all Candidates.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with MSP partners across all accounts.

Own and manage first-class aftercare program with our Temps & Contractors
MSP Program Support:
-
Program/ Tool Support e.g. Smarttrack, Beeline, Fieldglass, IQN etc.

Weekly update calls
-
Reports on active Temps / Contractors
-
Timesheet follow ups
-
Client support
-
Point of contact for any issues within the program

Pay rates/ Bill rates support
Requirements
-
This will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-pace environment

You will understand the urgency associated with servicing this type of business i.e. roles need to be serviced in 24-48 hours Max in order to be successful

You need adaptability to service roles beyond your own specialism where required
-
Well organised and comfortable with the administrative elements of the job

Numerate with good overall attention to detail

Excellent communication skills to support first-class aftercare program with Temps, MSP/client relationships and internal relationships across Sigmar.
