Responsibilities will include:
• Developing and delivering end to end professional service covering:
• Business Development (cold calling, networking & client meetings).
• Relationship & account management (process management, consultation).
• Candidate sourcing (online, social media, networking, data base management).
• Candidate screening & support (interviewing, consultation, interview preperation).
• Achieving core KPIs and revenue targets.

Requirements:
• 1 – 5 years recruitment experience.
• Degree in Business related discipline.
• Solid business acumen with entrepreneurial flair.
• Results driven with ambition and drive.
• High energy and tenacity.
